About Us

James Prince is the CEO & Founder of Prinden, a leading investment firm based in ADGM, Abu Dhabi. With a background as a lawyer for 10 years in the UK, James moved to the UAE in 2011, where he began advising individuals and families on a wide range of investments, from public and private equity, fixed income and real estate.

James is known for his expertise in navigating complex investment landscapes and building trusted, long-term relationships with his clients. Today, he leads Prinden in offering tailored investment solutions to some of the wealthiest families in the region.

Zahid is a Chief Investment Officer at Prinden. He has nearly two decades of financial services experiences revolving around building teams, trading and portfolio management. He was previously at one of the largest global investors in the world, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, generating considerable returns and pushing the boundaries of how money was managed across his Global Emerging and Developed Funds.

In Addition, he has worked for tier one hedge funds like Citadel, where he ran a systematic equity long short portfolio. This is complimented with over a decade of a multi-asset and derivative trading experience across various investment banks.

Jason Nigel Clark is the Managing Partner at CCHL Ltd, a UAE-based advisory firm specializing in governance and strategy in the MENA region. He has held leadership roles at FAB, Barclays, Credit Suisse, and other major financial institutions. With expertise in investment management and corporate governance, Jason also serves on AltNovel’s investment committee. He holds an LLM in Financial Services Law, an MSc in Finance from London Business School, and has completed programs at MIT and Harvard. His experience enables him to provide strategic insights and advisory services across the region.

James has 20 years experience working in senior commercial finance roles across multiple sectors and geographies. Initially qualifying with Baker Tilly, he has worked in Audit, Risk, Treasury & Investor Relations and Corporate Finance. James’ experience extends to working for large FTSE and SWF multinationals such as Inchcape and Mubadala to commercial scaleup finance roles for startup /scaleup businesses, building finance functions and raising capital. James is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Uk.

Syed Zaidi is a seasoned private banker and CIO with over 15 years of experience in finance and investments across the GCC and India.

Based in Dubai since 2007, he has built strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, consistently driving revenue and growth through client-focused solutions. With deep expertise in financial markets and a background in international banking, Syed is a trusted advisor to wealthy families, known for his strategic insights and commitment to client success.​

Mohamed is an experienced wealth manager with over 38 years of experience with private banking in the UAE He excels in building client relationships, investment planning, and risk management, having managed high-value portfolios and consistently exceeded performance targets. Mohamed’s expertise and dedication make him a trusted wealth manager and effective leader in the industry.

Hassaan is a seasoned banker with over 25 years of international banking, wealth management and Private Banking, spanning across Middle east and Pakistan. He held senior management positions in at esteemed institutions like Citi Bank and Barclays Bank, UAE, cultivating a strong expertise in, cross boarder banking solutions, Family wealth advisory, succession planning, and Private Banking.

As a trusted advisor, Hassaan's  extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of international banking regulations make him a value addition for clients seeking bespoke financial solutions.​​​

Nisha is a financial services expert with over 12 years of experience in regulatory compliance, AML, governance, risk management, and international taxation. Her strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex regulations have driven her career growth.

Previously, Nisha worked at Deloitte and PwC in Mumbai, handling fund structuring and regulatory compliance. She is a Chartered Accountant, CAMS certified, and holds memberships with the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, UK, and ICAI, India.

Specializing in the creation of compelling narratives and strategies, Imane excels in fortifying the brand within the dynamic financial industry.

Mary is responsible for supporting Prinden with the day to day running of the business, from handling all administrative work to managing his diary and communicating with all clients.

When a new client get onboard, Mary will be the point of contact for arranging meetings and all the servicing of client’s policies.
